The $10 Kmart cleaning gadget that makes a gross task easier

A Kmart cleaning tool could make everyone’s least favourite chore quicker and easier thanks to a handy feature.
Pure Cleaning Group gave the $10 refillable toilet brush set rave reviews in a TikTok video saying it will “transform your cleaning routine”.
The product has a bristle brush head made of silicone and a handle with a removable end that can be filled with cleaning product. All you need to do to dispense the cleaning product is press the handle.

It also comes with a container that has a gap where air can flow through to help dry the brush and prevent mould.
“I love finding affordable cleaning tools. The best part is the hand wand that you fill with toilet gel and the silicone brush is much cleaner than the standard bristle brush. If I run out of toilet gel, I use dishwashing liquid with a small amount of vinegar in the wand. So easy and convenient,” the cleaning company captioned the post.
Pure Cleaning Group also praised the compact size of the two-in-one product which is easy to store by placing beside the toilet.
This gadget means you can give the toilet bowl a scrub without heading to another room to find toilet cleaner in your cleaning caddy, making maintenance cleaning fuss-free. Or for those who avoid cleaning the toilet it makes it easier to actually do the task once in a while.
If you’re adding toilet cleaner to the refillable handle, remember to follow the instructions on the packaging by giving the product time to work by waiting the recommended time (usually 10 minutes) after scrubbing before flushing.
Those who watched the TikTok video praised Kmart for the affordable cleaning hack.
“Wow go Kmart.!!” one commented.
“Got this when it first came instore it’s the best,” another said.
There was one comment about silicone toilet brushes being the “worst” but Pure Cleaning Group said the rounded head of the Kmart brush works well and it’s the flat ones that don’t give the best results.

Cleaning the toilet weekly or fortnightly requires the exterior to be dusted and disinfected, along with the lid and seat along with disinfecting and/or scurbbing the toilet bowl.
Every now and then a deep clean is needed so that neglected parts of the toilet can be cleaned.
